Printed Lily Pads at Wren Fields

Inspired by the myriad small lily pads covering the oxbow lake I first created small fabric over foam lily pads, coated them in melted bee's wax and installed them temporarily at the Oxbow Artist Colony in Saugatuck, Michigan.

I have continued to explore the visual possibilities of small, floating leaf-like elements in the woods and ponds on our land.
